I started my career on the frontline, in retail, business sales, and customer care. That foundation gave me something most enterprise strategists don't have: a ground-level understanding of how organizations actually work, where friction lives, and what it takes to move people through real change.

Over more than two decades at T-Mobile, I've grown into an enterprise transformation leader. I partner with executives to solve complex organizational problems, design governance structures that scale, lead AI adoption initiatives, and build workforce strategies that stick long after the project closes.

The problems I'm drawn to most sit at the intersection of people, technology, and organizational design. I've led AI-enabled content transformations, built cross-functional operating models, and delivered enterprise programs that moved measurable business outcomes. I believe AI should make people more capable, and that the hardest part of any transformation is the human side.

I'm looking for my next challenge with an organization where executive partnership, organizational effectiveness, and responsible AI adoption are taken seriously.

What Drives Me

I am a husband and a father first, and everything else comes after that. A lot of what I know about patience, showing up, and genuinely investing in people came from home long before it ever showed up in my work.

Family is the most important thing in my life. The people I love most are my greatest source of motivation, perspective, and joy.

My family and I love to travel. Getting out of our routine and into somewhere new is one of our favorite things to do. Our kids are always ready for a new adventure, and they keep us curious and remind us to embrace every moment. It keeps us grounded as a family and always comes with at least one story worth telling for years.

In 2006, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I'm happy to say I've been cancer-free for nearly 20 years. That experience changed my perspective on time and reminded me to be intentional about how I spend it. I support organizations working on cancer research, and I'm grateful every day for my health and for the work I get to do.

Led the introduction of Synthesia as an enterprise AI capability, establishing the governance, security standards, branding guidelines, and production framework required for responsible adoption across the learning organization. Partnered with Procurement, Information Security, IT, Legal, and executive leadership to create scalable operating standards that enabled AI-powered content creation while maintaining enterprise quality and compliance. Pathfinder served as one of the first large-scale implementations, validating the business case, identifying approximately $200K in projected production and travel cost avoidance, and accelerating broader enterprise adoption.

The most powerful transformations I have been part of were not the ones with the biggest budgets or the most sophisticated tools. They were the ones where leaders got genuinely aligned, people felt equipped rather than managed, and the change outlasted the project that launched it.
